If you any issues with your purchase and would like to file for a return or refund, please email us at enivid@enividbybgenette.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

The return address is always on your package's shipping label, but please reach out to us first before attempting a return. As our items are typically made to order, we have to process the return with our fulfillment company before proceeding. 

Returns and refunds are available within 15 days of receiving your order, and you must be able to provide product photos and your order number.
